1 large can (46 oz.) chili
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups minute rice
A splash of cooking sherry wine

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare 2 cups of water and 2 cups of minute rice by package directions.
2. Mix rice when finished with all other ingredients.
3. Bake at 350 degree, for approximately 30 to 45 minutes until bubbly.
