1 1/2 cups raw rice
1 cup dry sherry wine
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can each of cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and cream of celery soup
1 cube melted margarine
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat wine, soups, and margarine in microwave.
2. Place raw rice in a 9 by 13 inch greased baking dish.
3. Pour half of soup mixture over rice and mix well in baking dish.
4. Place chicken on rice mixture, and pour remaining soup mixture over chicken.
5. Salt and pepper, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6. Cover tightly with foil, and make at 325 for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
