2 lbs Ground Chuck Beef
1 large Onion
3/4 cup Ketchup
1 - 16 oz bottle Original Open Pit BBQ Sauce (or 1 - 16 oz bottle Honey Open Pit BBQ Sauce)
1/2 cup Water
2 tsp Mustard
Pinch of Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Fry ground chuck and onion together. Drain grease. Add ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper, and Open Pit BBQ sauce (may not need entire bottle of BBQ sauce). Mix until thick; then add 1/2 cup of water and simmer for approx. 30 minutes or until consistency is good for serving. Stir frequently.
