2 cans Crab Meat (picked)
1 cup Salad Shrimp
3 green onions (diced)
1/2 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
To taste Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
1 stick Butter
2 sleeves Ritz crackers
1 1/2 cup velveta Cheese (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
Saute Onion, Mushrooms and seasonings in 3 tbsp butter. Melt the rest of the butter in a 9x3 pan in a 350 oven. Crush Ritz (Save 1/2 cup for top) Mix with butter in pan to make bottom crust. In a medium bowl add crab, shrimp and cheese to saute. Mix then pour over crust. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of Ritz on top and Bake at 350 until bubbly.
