2 baking potatoes (1 1/4 lbs)
1/4 c margarine
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1 T parsley
1 small onion, sliced in rings
1 T Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Scrub potatoes and slice 1/4 inch thick. Melt margarine in 2 QT microwave safe dish on medium-high for 1 minute. Stir in seasoned salt and parsley. Add potatoes and stir gently to coat. Put onion rings on top. Cover. Microwave on high 9-11 minutes stirring after 5 minutes. Potatoes should be almost tender when you remove them fro the oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.
