2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. mini chocolate chips


Cinnamon Honey Syrup:

1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1-2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first four dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl. Add dry to wet and mix well. Stir in chips. Pour onto hot griddle by 1/4 cupfuls cooking both sides to golden brown. Keep warm and serve with Cinnamon Honey Syrup.

Combine syrup ingredients in a 2 cup microwave safe bowl. Microwave uncovered on high until butter is melted and syrup is hot, stirring occasionally.
