1 four to five lb Chicken Fryer
2 Tbsp Olive oil
Seasoning of your choice
3 cloves of garlic
Aluminum Foil or shallow Aluminum Pan

Directions:
Directions:
Make shallow pan out of heavy duty aluminum foil
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to bottom of pan and add 1/2 tbsp of seasoning to oil
Place chicken in pan and rub with tbsp of olive oil
and sprinkle top half of chicken with 1/2 to 1 tbsp of seasoning adding 1 tsp in chicken cavity
make slit in both breast,thighs and legs and insert piece of garlic
Place pan with chicken over direct heat and cover, Temp should be 400 to no more than 450 degrees.
Cook chicken for 1 hour then remove from grill and let cool for 15 min before carving.

This chicken has a nice crispy skin and the back will have a delicious char to it. For seasoning you can use sea salt and pepper or my favorite McCormick's roasted garlic and herb are some that I've tried, but any seasoning can be substituted
