2 cans artichoke hearts, chopped
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
5 drops Tabasco sauce
Paprika for color

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped artichoke hearts into 8" buttered pan.
Blend mayonnaise, cheese and Tabasco sauce. Cover artichokes with this mixture. Add paprika for color.
Bake 20 minutes at 350.
Serve with crackers.
