1 small cabbage
6 garlic gloves, finely sliced
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tsp. coarse salt
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Cut cabbage into wedges. SautÚ garlic in hot oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium heat 1-2 minutes or until golden. Add cabbage to skillet, cut sides down; cook 5 minutes. Turn to other cut sides and cook 2-3 minutes. Stir in broth and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 350║ for 20-25 minutes or until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
