1 1/2 lbs. pork loin
4 large eggs
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. Romano cheese, freshly grated
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Flatten pork between 2 sheets of heavy duty plastic wrap until 1/4 inch thick. Whisk together eggs, milk, cheese, garlic and salt. Dredge pork in flour and dip in egg mixture.
Melt butter with olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork 1 minute on each side or until browned.
