1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 1/4 c. fresh cranberries, finely chopped
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. sugar
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
confectioners sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans. Stir together cranberries, nuts and sugar in bowl and set aside. Combine cake mix, cream cheese and milk in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add eggs, one at a time, beating for an additional 2 minutes. Fold in cranberry mixture. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 at 45-50 minutes. Loosen loaves from pans. Invert onto cooling rack. Turn right side up. Cool completely. Dust with confectioners sugar.

I used Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter Cake Mix and 1 Tbsp. lemon juice when I could not find a Lemon cake mix.
Instead of just dusting with sugar, I mixed lemon juice with confectioners sugar and heated in microwave a few seconds and drizzled over loaves.
