1 (16 oz.) pkg. pound cake mix
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, on low speed combine cake mix, 1 egg, butter and 2 teaspoons pie spice until crumbly. Press into bottom of 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then the 2 remaining eggs, pumpkin, the remaining 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Mix well. Pour over crust and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill. Cut into bars and store in the refrigerator. Makes approximately 48 bars.
