1 c. pumpkin, canned
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp. salt


Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg white

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour loaf pan. Mix wet ingredients together. Add in dry ingredients just until moistened. Set aside and beat the filling ingredients together in a separate bowl. Pour half pumpkin mixture in pan. Top with filling mixture evenly and then top with remaining pumpkin mixture. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
