Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp cream 1 tsp vanilla 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1 egg white slightly beaten 1/2 cup chopped pecans to coat cookies Garnishes: Maraschino cherries halved Favorite jam/jelly

Directions:	Directions: Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolk, cream, and vanilla and mix well. Add flour and baking powder and then nuts and mix thoroughly. Form dough in balls and dip in egg white, then chopped pecans. Make indentation in center of ball and fill with jam, jelly or cherry half. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes until lightly browned.
