Crust:
1/2 c butter
2 c quick oatmeal
1/2 c brown sugar

Filling:
1 jar Kraft caramel sauce topping warmed
1 c chopped nuts
1/2 gallon ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: Mix crust ingredients, place on cookie sheet, bake at 350 for 15 minutes, cool and crumble. Put 3/4 of crumbs in 9X13 inch pan.

Filling: Add chopped nuts to Kraft caramel sauce and pour over crumbs. Soften ice cream and spread over caramel and nuts. Sprinkle rest of crumbs on top of ice cream. Freeze until firm.
