2 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese
4 oz. thinly sliced Danish ham
Bread or cracker crumbs

Directions:
Butter bottom of baking dish and cover liberally with crumbs. Slice chicken in 1/2 inch strips into pan and add one layer of crumbs on top. Cover with half the cheese. Add layer of ham and cover with remaining cheese. Add last layer of chicken and sprinkle with crumbs. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
