8 ounces uncooked large pasta shells
2 cups cream
4 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic (small clove)
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 cup chopped broccoli
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3 cups thinly sliced fresh button mushrooms
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta until ½ done (about 4-5 minutes) drain and return to pot.
Add cream, butter, garlic, tomato sauce, broccoli, salt and pepper, bring to a hard boil.
When noodles are fully cooked and sauce begins to thicken, add mushrooms and stir to combine.
Remove from heat, add cheese, stir and serve.
