1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
7 tsp low sodium soy sauce
4 and 1/2 tsp apple juice
4 and 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp red wine vinegar
1 and 1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 pounds salmon fillet approximate 3/4 inch in thickness

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients except the salmon. Set aside 1/2 cup of
the mixture for basting [cover and refrigerate until ready to use].

Pour marinade into a large resealable zip lock plastic bag add the salmon.
Seal bag and turn to coat salmon fillet. Refrigerate for 1 hour, turning
occasionally.

Coat grill with cooking spray to prevent from sticking. Use care not to
coat grill while on the grill or next to an open flame.

Drain and discard marinade. Place salmon fillet skin side down on grill
rack. Grill covered on medium heat for 5 minutes. Spoon reserved
marinade over fish and continue to grill for 15-20 minutes, basting salmon intermittently.
Remove from grill rack when salmon easily flakes with a fork
