1 ½ lbs flour
3 eggs
½ lb cold butter
1 C sugar
1 t salt
12 oz. milk
1 ½ T baking powder
1 t vanilla
1 C. toasted coconut
1 t maple extract
¾ C. toasted macadamia
½ t almond extract
nut pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, salt, spices and baking powder. Cut in the cold butter to the flour mix. Combine eggs, milk, extracts and sugar. Gently combine the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Drop about ½ C each onto a cookie sheet and bake for about 15 minutes at 350 or until light golden brown on top.
