8 zucchinis washed well and cubed
4 potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
4 cloves crushed garlic
2 onions
10 c. water
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
saute onions and garlic till translucent. Add vegetables and water. cook for 1 1/2 hours. blend and add salt and pepper to taste.
