1 pkg. chicken bottoms
3/4 c. apricot jam
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2 shakes nutmeg
dried apricots
paprika, garlic, pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. sprinkle chickens with spices, cover and bake 1 hour. Mix sauce ingredients together and sprinkle over chicken. Spread apricots all over pan. cover and bake 45 minutes. Baste while cooking.
