1 c. rice
2 or 3 T. oil (enough to cover rice in skillet, barely cover rice)
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 small can tomato sauce
salt, pepper, garlic, and Camino to suit your own taste
chicken broth and fat

Directions:
Directions:
Put rice in oil in skillet and brown slightly. Saute onions in another small skillet and add to rice. Put tomato sauce, pepper, salt, garlic, and Camino with enough water to cook rice. Mix well and stir every lit bit until rice is done and most of the liquid is gone. It doesn't need to be dry nor extra wet.
