1 large bag frozen broccoli
3 eggs
3 T. mayo
2 T. onion soup mix
salt & pepper to taste
1 handful cornflake crumbs

Directions:
boil broccoli. strain water and add all ingredients besides bread/cornflake crumbs. sprinkle crumbs in a 9 inch pan and pour broccoli mixture. sprinkle additional crumbs on top and bake 350º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
can also be made in muffin tins.
