Shaved beef
Soy sauce
Sugar
Garlic
Sesame seeds
Mewon
Sliced onion
Mushrooms
Onions
Chinese cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients with beef and marinade at least two hours. Heat wok or pan with sesame oil and fry beef ingredients. Add mushrooms, onions, and Chinese cabbage until all are done, but not over done. Serve with rice for a great dinner!

Anja was connected with Nana through her cousin Fr. Andrew Bachhuber who was a Jesuit missionary in Korea for years. Anja studied in America and visited Nana numerous times. She cooked this recipe and shared it with Nana!
