2 to 4 Tomatoes, peeled and sliced
1 to 10 fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
1/3 c. chopped Green Onion
1 prebaked deep dish Pie Shell (9")
Salt and Pepper
2 c. Cheddar Cheese
1 c. Mayonnaise
3 to 5 slices of cooked Bacon crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Layer tomato slices, basil, and onion in pie shell. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix together grated cheese and mayonnaise. Spread on top of tomatoes. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Top with crumbled bacon and warm 3 to 5 minutes.
