4 packages frozen chopped spinach
16 ounces cream cheese
5 T. melted butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
Dash of nutmeg
Well drained 2 cans of 14 oz. drained artichokes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach, drain, and set aside. Combine softened cream cheese and butter. Add lemon juice and combine with spinach. Use an 11x13 pan. Add artichokes, halved. Spoon spinach over artichoke. Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
