1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 t. salt
(1/2 cup raisins)
1 large egg
1 cup oats
1 t. baking powder
5 T. butter
2/3 cup buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Grease an 8 inch baking pan. Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut butter in mixture. Blend buttermilk and egg; stir into batter to stiff dough consistency. Press dough into pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool 10-15 minutes. Serve warm! Wonderful!
