1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 bunch green leaf lettuce
1 bunch Chinese cabbage (also called NAPA cabbage)
2 bunches green onions - chopped
1 stick oleo
2 pkg. uncooked Ramen noodles (toss out seasoning packet)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. oil
2 T. soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick oleo and brown 2 pkg. uncooked ramen noodles that have been broken up into small pieces. Add the 1/2 sliced almonds so they are slightly toasted as well.
Dressing: Mix sugar, vinegar, oil and soy sauce.
Break lettuce and NAPA cabbage into small pieces. Add onions and set aside. Before serving, toss with dressing and the noodles and almonds.
