1 13 oz. can of pineapple bits
1 large green pepper, cleaned and cut into chunks
garlic powder
2 T. oil
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 c. cubed chicken
2 T. soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Drain pineapple, save juice. Cook green pepper in oil until tender. Add soup, 1/3 to 1/2 c. reserved pineapple juice and soy sauce and stir. Add chicken and pineapple chunks. Heat through and serve over rice.
