1 1/2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 C. Sugar
3 Bananas, mashed
1 Egg
1/3 C. Butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C. Blueberries
1/4 C. Br. Sugar
2 T. Butter, softened
1 T. Flour
1 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375.
Mix flour, soda, b. powder and salt in mixing bowl.
Mash bananas and mix in butter, beaten egg, vanilla and sugar. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and spoon into muffin papers.
Poke 3 or 4 blueberries into each cup of batter.
Blend flour, cinnamon, br. sugar and butter and put a tsp. of this mixture on top of each muffin. Bake 25 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes and serve.

I use whole-wheat white flour. It's healthier and everyone loves these, especially the topping.
