1 Medium cabbage, 2 large carrots, 1 medium onion, 1/2 cup sweet relish, 2 tablespoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon celery seed, Mayo (blue plate), 1 teaspoon salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage in big chunks and put in blender and cover with water..pulse until coarse grated. Pour into colander to drain. Repeat process with all cabbage and carrots and onions. Make sure it is drained well. Mix with all other ingredients using just enough mayo to mix well. Longer it sits the better it is.
