Filling:
4 c rhubarb
1 c sugar
2 tbsp flour or tapioca
2 tbsp butter

Topping:
1 c sugar
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 large egg beaten

Alternate Topping:
1 c rolled or quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 c flour
1/3 c firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Filling:Mix rhubarb, sugar, and flour (tapioca). Pour into buttered 9X13 inch pan and place butter on top.

Topping:
Mix ingredients and put on top of filling. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
