1 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 1/2 CUPS MILK
1 1/2 TEASPOONS SALT
3 LARGE EGGS
UNSALTED BUTTER

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º. Generously butter a popover tin. Set aside. Stir together flour, milk and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, and stir to combine. Some small bumps can remain. Do not overmix. Using a 1/2 cup measure, pour batter into the center of each buttered popover cup. Put tin in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Reduce oven to 350º and continue baking until puffed and golden, about 20 minutes more. Remove popovers and serve immediately.
