15 crackers
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
2 T. butter
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Put crust in pie pan. Crumble crackers on crust in pie pan. Put sugar, cream of tartar, spice, butter, and water in saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour over crackers, put top crust on, crimp edges. Bake at 350º until golden brown and liquid is of a syrupy texture.
