2 cups yellow cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF
place a 10" dish in the oven with the butter to melt. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. In a separate large bowl, combine wet ingredients. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients stirring to combine. Bake the cornbread until the cornbread is golden brown and springs back to the touch. 20 minutes or more.
