Ingredients:  
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat griddle for pancakes.
Mix together all ingredients except sour cream with a whisk.
Fold in sour cream.
Let mixture stand 10 minutes.
Cook small pancakes (about 3" round) on a lightly greased griddle.

I got this recipe from a woman I worked with in Massachusetts in the mid 80's. Her name was Jo Quinn. She was a bagger at a grocery store I worked at while Ross attended college at Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
