2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Celery Soup
2 cans of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 (32 oz) can of Swanson's chicken broth
2 (14.5 oz.) cans of petite diced tomatoes
8 oz. of Pace mild picante salsa
1 (4.5 oz) can Ortega green chilies
1 med. onion, chopped
4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh chopped cilantro
6 boiled chicken breast broke into small pieces
1 pkg. flour tortillas
Vegetable Oil
Colby Cheese
Salt and Pepper

In a large stockpot or Crock pot combine all 8 cans of soup and whisk together. Then add chicken broth, tomatoes, salsa, green chilies, onion, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. stir all together really good. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about an hour. Add cilantro and chicken breast. Simmer for another 1-2 hours. The longer you cook the better combined the flavor will be. Let it cool 3-4 hours.
Cut the tortillas in thin strips and deep fry in your oil.
serve with cheese and tortillas on top.
