1 large onion
4-6 boned and skinned chicken breasts
1 stick butter
2 1/2 t. paprika
4 T. flour
1/2 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup sour cream
1 cup white wine
1 can artichoke hearts
5 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Finely chop onion. Sprinkle chicken with salt. Heat butter and brown chicken. Saute onion and paprika in remaining butter. Stir in flour, returning to heat, gradually add stock, stir to boiling until thick. Add sour cream and wine, simmer lightly. Place chicken and artichoke hearts in oven-proof baking dish, top with sauce. Cover and bake one hour. Top with bacon and almonds before serving.
