1 hamburger patty
1 carrot peeled and cut in half
1 potato peeled and quartered
1 onion peeled and quartered
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place all ingredients in aluminum foil and seal well. Bake at 400º for 1 hour. If making more than one dinner wrap each one individually.
