1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil 2 lbs. okra salt and pepper to taste 6 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 1/2 c. salted roasted cashews, chopped 1 tsp. finely grated lime zest, plus lime wedges, for serving

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, heat oil until shimmering. Add okra, season with salt and pepper and cook over high heat, stirring until tender, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and cook over medium heat until okra is softened and fragrant for approximately 3 minutes. Stir in the cashews and lime zest. Transfer to serving platter, garnish with lime wedges.
