1 pounds ground beef, 1 pound ground pork, 1 pkg lipton onion soup mix, 2 eggs-lightly beaten, 1/2 cup milk, 1 clove garlic-chopped, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

Directions:
Directions:
put meat, soup mix ,garlic,salt and pepper in large bowl. in separate bowl add milk with beaten egg and whip together. Put 2-3 slices bread in bowl with egg mixture. Mix egg and milk with bread until it becomes well blended. pour over meat and mix together well with your hands. You may need to add some bread crumbs to mixture if it doesn't "feel" right. The "feel " should be "sticky". Pat into a pan very well pushing out all bubbles and bake appx 45-60 minutes until done. Use meat thermometer to test if done. Let rest 10-15 minutes before removing and slicing.
