1 large block Velveeta cheese (slice it)
1-3 lbs. ground beef
2 jumbo cans kidney beans
3 cans corn (regular size)
3 large cans plain diced tomatoes
2 cans Ro-tel
1 packet McCormick taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown green beef (crumble it).  Melt cheese with beef.  Mix all other ingredients in a large pot. (All of the liquid in the cans goes in pot also; do not drain it out.)  Add ground beef and cheese to pot.  Mix all together.  Simmer 30-45 minutes or more.  Eat with sour cream and chips.
