Preheat oven to 350. Brown ground beef and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water. Cook until thickened and most the water has cooked off. Stir in salsa, corn, and Cheese Whiz until cheese has melted. In a casserole dish, cover the bottom with broken tortilla chips. Layer half the meat mixture on top of the chips, then top with 1 cup of shredded cheese. Put the remaining chips on top of the cheese, rest of the meat mixture and top with the second cup of cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes or until cheese is nice and bubbly.
