1 cup sugar, 2/3 cup pumpkin, 1 tsp cinnamon,3 eggs,1/2 tsp baking soda,3/4 cup flour.

Filling-1 large cream cheese 1 cup powdered sugar, 1tsp vanilla, 2 tablespoon butter.

mix all ingredients. spread mix on cookie sheet that has been greased and lined with wax paper. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Bake 15-20 minutes at 375º.sprinkle tea towel with powdered sugar. turn warm cake onto towel. roll jelly roll style and let cool. Make filling while it cools...

Filling-mix all ingredients . unroll cake when cool and spread filling over entire area and reroll.
