1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese,1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper, 2 tablespoons ripe olives chopped, 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, 1-3oz cream cheese, 3 tortillas.

mix all ingredients except tortilla's. spread on tortillas and roll up. refrigerate 3 hours and slice in 1" slices.
