Whites of 3 eggs, beaten
1 cup sugar
21 Ritz crackers, crushed or broken
1 t. vanilla
1/4 t. baking powder
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in order and pour into a greased pie pan. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Refrigerate and serve with fresh fruit for a treat!
