1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/3 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
1/2 cup milk
1/2 t. vanilla
Crumb topping:
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/2 t. cinnamon
salt
1/4 c. melted margarine
1/2 t. vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with the milk and vanilla mixture. Blend until smooth. Pour batter into a greased 8x8 pan. Topping: Combine ingredients and toss with a fork until mixture forms crumbs. Cover batter with crumb topping. Bake at 375º for 30 minutes. Serve warm!
