3 cups broccoli floweriest
6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
1 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup sunflower seeds
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 T. white vinegar
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut flowered off broccoli stalks. Discard stalks. Toss together broccoli, bacon, onion, and cheese. In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour dressing over salad ingredients and toss thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Salad will keep for several days.
