Upside- Down Pizza Recipe

1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 chopped onion
1 green pepper, diced
1 can sliced olives
Garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
2 (8 oz.) cans of tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese

Batter ingredients:
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

Brown meat and combine 1/2 c. water, spaghetti mix, and tomato sauce. Pour into 9x13 pan. Layer as desired and top with cheese. Pour batter over cheese.
Bake @ 375 for 25-30 minutes.
