3 T. margarine or butter
1 cup diced celery with leaves
4 T. chopped onion
1 1/2 cup water
1 cup orange juice
2 T. grated orange peel
1 t. salt
1/2 t. accent
1/8 t. marjoram
1/8 t. thyme
1 cup uncooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 qt. saucepan over low heat melt the butter, add and cook the celery and onion until transparent. Add water, orange juice, orange peel, seasonings and bring to a rapid boil. Add rice gradually so boiling does not stop. Stir; cover tightly; cook 25 more minutes. Great for Cornish hens, turkey, or to serve with chicken!
